Camareros, relaciones públicas y “gogós” incrementarán sus sueldos un 3,15% este año

El personal de salas de fiesta, bailes y discotecas, integrado por camareros, relaciones públicas, “discjockeys”, porteros, personal de seguridad y “gogós”, verá revalorizados sus sueldos un 3,15% este año, según recoge su convenio estatal publicado en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE).

En concreto, durante este año y el siguiente y hasta la consecución de un nuevo acuerdo que sustituya al actual, los empleados del sector elevarán sus salarios en un porcentaje correspondiente al IPC del ejercicio anterior más 0,25%.

De esta forma, los trabajadores de las discotecas revalorizarán sus sueldos este año un 2,9%, correspondiente al IPC de 2012, más un 0,25%, lo que sitúa el incremento total en un 3,15%, cinco veces por encima de lo recomendado en el Acuerdo Interconfederal de Negociación Colectiva (+0,6%).

Los salarios bases anuales se sitúan en 14.350 euros en el caso de un camarero, en los 21.375,45 euros para los “discjockey” y los 13.741,36 para el personal de control y seguridad o bailarines y cantantes.

Personnel for dance halls, organized parties and discotheques -a group made up of bartenders, public-relations managers, disc-jockeys, doormen, security personnel and “go-go” dancers- will see their salaries increase by 3.15% this year, according to the national collective agreement published in the Official State Bulletin (BOE).

More specifically, throughout this year and the next, and until a new agreement is reached that substitutes the current one, employees in this sector will push their salaries up the same percentage as the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for last year, plus 0.25%.

Therefore, workers at night clubs will have their salaries increased this year by 2.9%, which corresponds to the CPI in 2012, plus 0.25%, resulting in a 3.15% total increase that´s five times greater than what the National Collective Bargaining Agreement recommended (0.6%).

The yearly salaries for bartenders are situated at 14,350.00 euros, at 21,375.46 euros for disc-jockeys and at 13,741.36 for security personnel or dancers and singers.
