¿Quiénes son las 5 mujeres mejor pagadas de Silicon Valley?

Aunque Silicon Valley no se caracteriza por su diversidad, hay algunas directivas que sí reciben altos sueldos. El listado de estas mujeres que, desgraciadamente, escasean en el mundo empresarial, incluye salarios que sobrepasan los 30 millones de dólares.

Aquí te contamos quiénes son las 5 mujeres mejor pagadas de la meca tecnológica mundial, donde se alojan muchas de las mayores corporaciones de tecnología del planeta, así como miles de pequeñas empresas en formación, las famosas startups.

1. Safra Catz: 37,7 millones de dólares
A sus 53 años, Catz es la ejecutiva mejor pagada del mundo. En 2014, fue nombrada copresidenta ejecutiva de Oracle, junto con Mark Hurd. Reemplazaron a Larry Ellison, que fue el ejecutivo mejor pagado del mundo de manera permanente.

2. Marissa Mayer: 24,9 millones de dólares
Yahoo todavía no ha publicado su declaración de representación de 2014, pero Mayer fue la segunda ejecutiva tecnológica mejor pagada en el año 2013.

3. Meg Whitman: 19,6 millones de dólares
Whitman quiere dividir Hewlett-Packard (HP) en dos compañías. Cuando esta separación, prevista para finales de año, tenga lugar Whitman será la presidenta ejecutiva de HP Enterprise.

4. Ginni Rometty: 19,3 millones de dólares

5. Sheryl Sandberg: 16,1 millones de dólares
La red social por excelencia Facebook aún no ha hecho pública su declaración de representación del año pasado, pero Sandberg fue una de las ejecutivas tecnológicas mejor pagadas en 2013. Ocupó, además, el noveno puesto de las 100 mujeres con más poder del mundo.

Although Silicon Valley is not known for its diversity, there are some female executives that earn really high salaries. This list of women, who unfortunately are quite scarce in the business world, include salaries that are ove
r 30 million dollars.
So here are five best paid women in the world´s technological Mecca where some of the largest technology corporation on the planet are located as well as thousands of other small, budding companies – the famous startups.

1. Safra Catz: 37.7 million dollars
At 53 years old, Catz is the highest paid female executive in the world. In 2014, she was named executive co-president of Oracle along with Mark Hurd. The replaced Larry Ellison who was the highest paid executive in the world on a regular basis.

2. Marissa Mayer: 24.9 million dollars
Yahoo still hadn´t published her declaration of representation in 2014 but Mayer was the second best paid technology executive in the year 2013.

3. Meg Whitman: 19.6 million dollars
Whitman wants to split Hewlett-Packard (HP) into two companies. When this separation, set for the end of this year, comes to pass Whitman will be the executive president of HP Enterprise.

4. Ginni Rometty: 19.3 million dollars
